Fix Exceptions Related to Time Collection Devices

Time-device-related exceptions typically occur when the import process can't identify the person who reported the time event.

You can review and fix these exceptions in the Time Management work area using the Resolve Badge Exceptions task. You can also review and fix time entry exceptions using either the Resolve All Exceptions by Worker or the Time Entries task.

Other common exceptions occur when the import process can't match supplier device events with application events. You can resolve these issues using these tasks:

  • Workforce Management Lookups
  • Time Device Event Mappings
  • Time Device Event Mapping Sets
  • Worker Time Device Processing Profiles
