How You Synchronize Data Between Oracle CrowdTwist and Volunteering

Use the Synchronize CrowdTwist Data process in the Scheduled Processes work area to synchronize data between Oracle CrowdTwist and Volunteering. Although the frequency is 24 hours, you can schedule the process to run at a frequency that meets your requirements.

Here's what the process does if CrowdTwist integration is enabled:

• Checks for volunteer details and creates their record in CrowdTwist Control Center. The process creates the volunteer's name only if their email address and default address is available.

• Credits reward points every time a volunteer enters hours for a completed volunteering project, if the project has rewards configured.

• Disassociates activities from volunteering projects if activities aren't available or are disabled in CrowdTwist.
