Human Resource Specialist	Recommend by Manager Hierarchy	Allows the user to recommend using manager hierarchy.
Human Resource Specialist	Recommend by Position	Allows the user to recommend using HR positions.
Human Resource Specialist	Transfer Donation Pool Balances	Allows absence donations to be transferred from and returned to donation pools.
Line Manager	Recommend by HR Job	Allows the user to recommend using HR jobs.
