Payroll Summary

The Payroll Activity Center summary page provides the overall, real-time status of your global payrolls for the latest payroll period and highlights any issues that require your attention.

The summary information for each payroll is grouped by payroll milestones such as Payroll Calculations, Payments, Payslips, and Accounting.

The Payroll Calculations milestone includes all payroll calculation and QuickPay results for the payroll period across all payroll flows. Payroll Activity Center automatically tracks the status of these results throughout the payroll cycle to ensure all payroll processing is complete for your employees.

An Alerts badge highlights the milestones that require attention because they include:

• Employees who are pending further processing. For example, any employee who has a payroll calculation without a prepayment result, or a prepayment result without a payment result.

• Results such as errors that require attention, or results that are marked for retry.

Each payroll milestone also indicates the total number of employees processed for the latest payroll period. Here’s the processes supported for each milestone, along with a description of how the number of employees is calculated.

Note:

• An employee is counted only once for each milestone. For example, when an employee has both payroll calculation and QuickPay results for a payroll period, it’s counted as 1 employee only.

• Payroll Activity Center tracks the status of all payroll calculation and QuickPay results for a payroll period. It doesn’t track the status of corrective actions such as balance adjustments.
