Performance Worksheet Actions
You can set overall performance ratings, such as meets expectations or exceeds expectations, and rankings for the people listed on performance worksheets. You can change the people using the team switcher on the toolbar.
For example, you're a manager and you change the set of people from your direct reports to the people two levels down. You can also search for specific people by name. You can apply either or both actions depending on the worksheet setup and your role.
If calibration is enabled during setup, managers can edit ratings in the Performance Management Overall Rating column. This action overrides the ratings for workers in their performance document. You can see the status in the Calibration Status column.
