Add Employer Phone Number and Email to the W-2PR and W-2cPR
Before you attempt to generate your year-end forms, make sure you've added your employer phone number and email address to your Forms W-2PR and W-2cPR.
To do this:

From My Client Groups, click Workforce Structures.

Click Manage Legal Reporting Unit HCM Information.

Click Edit and then Update.

Click Tax Reporting Unit and then Puerto Rico.

In Puerto Rico W-2 Reporting Rules Overrides, update the following fields to appear on the W-2PR and W-2cPR.

Employer Phone Number

Employer Email
-
-
Click Submit.
