How can I diagnose any issues with a benefit program setup?

After setting up a benefits program, you need to run the Program Information Diagnostic Test if you have access to the Diagnostic Dashboard. On the Setting and Actions menu in the global header, select Run Diagnostics Tests.

Also, you need to validate the program setup on the Manage Programs page using the Validate button.
