Create Grade Retention Page and Associate With Retained Grade Context
In certain organizations, an employee is entitled to retain their previous grade even after moving to a position of lower responsibility.
The grade can be retained for a fixed time beginning on the date the employee is placed in the lower-graded position, unless grade retention is terminated.
A context is seeded for the assignment extensible flexfield to record this retained grade information. You need to associate this context to a page to use this functionality.
