Here's the basic process to configure approval reminders and escalations for
submitted time cards.

Create a workforce compliance rule template. Use the Rule Templates task and
the delivered ORA_WFM_WCR_APPR_REMIND_ESCALATE_AP formula.

Create a rule with the new compliance rule template using the Rules task.

Create a compliance rule set with your new rule using the Rule Sets task.

Review the delivered notifications for the HWM Time Approval Reminders and
Escalations alert and adjust them as needed using the Alerts Composer
tool.

Configure the Generate Time Exceptions from Compliance Rules process to
automatically run at appropriate intervals. Use the Scheduled Processes
task.
Click the Advanced button to set up the recurring
schedule. Make sure that you select the Send alert
immediately option so that the alerts start correctly.
