Adjust Manager-Level Budgets Stored as Percentages

You might need to adjust a manager level budget stored as a percentage after you’ve started the compensation cycle.

The best way to do this is to use a model to redistribute the desired percentage. First, on the Allocate Budgets page, use Adjust Budgets to reduce the budget level of the top-level manager to the new percentage level. Then, create a model that reduces the remaining managers’ amounts. Finally, run the Refresh process to sync the Summary Totals. Review the results to make sure they are as desired.
