Team Activity Center

Implement Team Activity Center to enable line managers view, access, and manage all their employee-related information. To navigate to your Team Activity Center page, click My Team > Team Activity Center quick action or the app.

Here’s what you can do as a manager using Team Activity Center:

  • If you have multiple assignments, manage all your teams at one place by selecting the relevant assignment.
  • View team-related numbers using the analytics cards. The Workers and Retention cards show the numbers of your entire org and the Achieve and Dynamic skills cards show the numbers of the team directly reporting to you. You can personalize the cards that are displayed on your page using Visual Builder Studio.
  • View Team Activity Center pages of managers reporting to you using the Switch Team option. Team Activity Center pages are available only for managers and not workers.
  • View and manage Employment, Compensation, and talent related tasks of your employees using different tabs on the page.
  • Use the Workers, Positions, Requisitions, and Offers views to manage different team-related tasks based on your organizational setup. For example, you need to implement Oracle Recruiting to view information in the Requisitions view. The default view is Workers that you can change using Visual Builder Studio.
  • Announce news or important information to your team using HCM Communicate or Journeys. You need to implement Journeys and HCM Communicate to use the Communication section.
  • Access the apps in the My Team tab from the Applications pane.
