The Payroll Interface process has completed successfully but the output file does not show any data.

A blank output file can be generated in these scenarios:

• Employees have not been mapped to a payroll.

  Mapping employees to a payroll is a mandatory prerequisite for including that employee in payroll interface extraction.

• No value selected for Object Group and Payroll parameters.

  Object Group and/or Payroll parameters are required to identify employees to be included in the current flow of the payroll interface. They help defining the scope of employees to be extracted.

• Payroll specified in parameter does not have time periods for the start and end dates specified.

  When a payroll is defined, the system automatically creates time periods based on the values entered for the First period end date and the Number of years. As long as there are active time periods in a payroll, it is deemed active and usable. Therefore, time periods for the payroll(s) specified in the process parameter ought to be active during the extraction window.
