Duty Role	Description
Career Growth Access by Administrator	Allows the user to access the Career Growth page as an administrator.
Career Growth Access by Manager	Allows the user to access the Career Growth page as a manager.
HCM Alerts Transaction Analysis	Analyzes HCM Alert definitions, Alert runs and Alert statuses.
