What Happens If I Don't Create or Map a Talent Pool Security Profile to My Data Roles?

If you don’t create or map a talent pool security profile, users are assigned the View By Ownership security profile.

Users assigned this profile can manage only the public talent pools that they own.

Administrators can configure other security profiles for public talent pools. They can ensure that only people of a specific business unit, department, or job family can access public talent pools.
