Service History File

Other than the zero-hours worker being treated as a new starter in the usual way in Service History, this approach to handling a zero-hours worker does not trigger changes to the Service History file when the worker is working or not working. They are only reported as on a break when they are actually on a non-qualifying, non-reckonable absence.
