Configure Number of Rows for W-2 Box 14
By default, the Form W-2 and W-2c PDF templates support up to four rows for Box 14.
You can set the maximum number of rows at the payroll statutory unit (PSU) and tax reporting unit (TRU) levels. A setting on the TRU overrides the setting on the PSU.
To set this value:

Start the Manage Legal Entity HCM Information task to set it at the PSU level.
Use the Manage Legal Reporting Unit HCM Information to set it at the TRU level.
- Click Federal in either Payroll Statutory Unit or Tax Reporting Unit.

In Federal Year-End Reporting Rules, set the maximum rows.
You can select a value between 2 and 9.
Note:If you specify more than four, you must manually configure the W-2 and W-2c PDF templates to support the additional rows.
