Note: Run this report before you run the W-2c Employee Report. Depending on configuration, it can provide: Employee details TRU details Employee exceptions

W-2c Register Report

Used for preprint verification, balance verification, and exception verification of corrected data on Forms W-2c, W-2cGU, and W-2cPR.

Note:

Run this report before you run the W-2c Employee Report.

Depending on configuration, it can provide:

Employee exceptions

Depending upon the output of these reports, you might have to adjust various balances. For further info, see the following in My Oracle Support.

You can't run these reports against TRUs designated for retirees. If you select a PSU that includes a retiree TRU, the flow automatically omits that TRU.
