If you're using scheduling groups with your staffing plans, you need to configure the
        lookup. Optionally configure shift categories, such as adding DAY, EVENING, NIGHT, and
        24H_ONCALL. And optionally

                In the Setup and Maintenance work area, search for and click the
                        Manage Common Lookups task.

                On the Manage Common Lookups page, search for and select the relevant  lookup
                    type.
                
                    
                        - ORA_PER_SCHEDULING_GROUP: Categorize jobs with the skills needed for a
                            specific workforce scheduling shift.
- ORA_HWM_PREMIUM_SHIFT_CODE: Further qualify premium shift types for
                            workforce scheduling.
- ORA_HTS_ENT_SHIFTS_CATEGORY: Let schedulers more easily filter the
                            shifts library for relevant shift, such as Day, Evening, Night, or 24h
                            On-call shifts.
- ORA_HTS_SHIFT_CHANGE_REASON: Add reasons for cover and drop shift
                            requests, such as Approved absence, Childcare, or Medical
                            emergency.

                Add 1 lookup code for each shift category or change reason. The Meaning value
                    is what people see in the drop-down lists and as read-only values, so provide
                    concise, meaningful values. Use descriptions to add fuller explanations for the
                    meanings that implementors and application administrators can review when
                    managing the lookup.
