HRC_EVT_CONDITIONS

An Event Condition provides qualifying criteria for an event type and is used to refine the circumstances under which the event will be detected. Depending on the event type??????s object, the types of condition will vary, for instance the Attribute condition is only relevant for EO and PLSQL Row Handler criteria whilst an Action Reason is only relevant for Actions. If an event type has multiple event conditions they will be evaluated together using an OR clause to merge them e.g. PersonEO event detected if FIRST_NAME or LAST_NAME changed
