This table lists the new aggregate privileges for the Workforce Deployment offering.

Aggregate Privilege	Description
Access Recruiting Message Center as Hiring Manager	Access Recruiting Message Center as hiring manager.
Access Recruiting Message Center as Recruiter	Access Recruiting Message Center as recruiter.
Assign Public Skill as HR	Allows an HR user to assign public skills to workers for whom they are responsible.
Assign Public Skill as Manager	Allows a manager to assign public skills to the workers in their manager hierarchy.
Assign Public Skill as Worker	Allows a worker to assign public skills to themselves.
Delete Time Cards by Line Manager	Allows the line manager to delete time cards. Applies only to the Redwood experience.
Delete Time Cards by Time and Labor Manager	Allows the time and labor manager to delete time cards. Applies only to the Redwood experience.
Delete Time Cards by Worker	Allows the worker to delete time cards. Applies only to the Redwood experience.
