How do I configure attachment options for Redwood Benefits pending actions?

Here's how:

  1. Navigate to the Benefits page that you want to configure.
  2. On the Settings and Actions menu in the global header, select Edit Page in Visual Builder Studio. Ensure that you've appropriate access to the VB Studio configuration to see this option.
  3. In the Page Properties area, set the Attachment types allowed in document record for a certificate constant to one of these values:
    • File: Use when your organization doesn't allow URL-based attachments.
    • URL: Use when your organization doesn't allow document-based attachments.
    • All: Use to keep the current behavior where both file upload and URL options are available.
  4. Preview and publish your changes.
