Payroll Milestones Details

This topic explains the features of the Payroll Activity Center milestone details page.

The Payroll Activity Center milestone details page lets you navigate to a milestone tab such as Calculations, Payments, Payslips, and Accounting. Here you can view all employee results that have critical issues, or are pending further processing, across all flow submissions. These tabs let you view the following information for the selected milestone:

• View the employee level results that have issues, such as any result that's in error status during the payroll calculation milestone.

• Identify any employee who has pending results, such as any employee who has prepayments but no corresponding payment.

Click the Calculation Flow Name filter to filter the payroll calculation results for a specific calculate payroll or QuickPay flow, to view the results for the selected milestone. For example, when you're on the Payments milestone, you can select your regular Calculate Payroll flow, and the page will display any payment issues for the selected payroll calculation.

Use the context switcher at the top of the page to view the milestone details information for a different payroll period. You can select a payroll period from a list of up to 12 months’ historical periods.
