Create Certificates for Maternity Absences

Certifications can be generated manually or as mandated, as a result of absence processing.

To create Certifications:

Navigation: My Client Groups > Absences > Absence DefinitionsAbsence Certifications

1. Click Create to open the Create Absence Certification section and enter the attribute values as shown here:

   Field	Value
   Classification	Entitlement
   Legislation	Ireland
   Name	As appropriate
   Absence Record Update	None
   Status	Active
   Trigger	Managed by entitlement formula
   Mark as confirmed when created	Selected
   Confirmation Section
   Entitlement Reevaluation Rule	As of absence start date
   Entitlement Update Rule	Override
   Revised Payment Percentage	0

   Note: Default values can be applied for the remaining sections.
2. Save and close.

Results:

After the certifications are created, they can be linked to the relevant absence types.
