Run the RTI Year to Date Reconciliation Report

Use the RTI Year to Date Reconciliation Report to compare year-to-date payroll values with values reported through Full Payment Submission (FPS), Earlier Year Update (EYU) amendments, and P60 processing.

Here's how you can create the Balances data groups:

Go to My Client Groups > Payroll > Submit a flow.
Select the legislative data group.
Search for and select RTI Year to Date Reconciliation Report.
Enter a unique name for the flow instance.

Enter these values for parameters:

Field	Value
Employer PAYE Reference	Select the employer PAYE reference. The report includes the population associated with this PAYE reference.
Effective Date	Enter the date through which to report year-to-date values. For example, if you enter 5 April, the report includes balances up to that date.
Run Mode	Select the comparison to perform. Compare payroll vs last FPS includes employees with an FPS run and compares reported FPS values with payroll values Compare payroll vs last FPS and EYU amendments includes employees with an EYU run and compares FPS and EYU amendment values with payroll values. Compare payroll vs P60 includes employees with a P60 run specified by the P60 Request ID and compares P60 values with payroll values. Compare all includes employees with applicable payroll, FPS, EYU amendment, and P60 reporting figures and compares those values with payroll values.
P60 Request ID	Select the P60 request ID when the run mode is Compare All or Compare Payroll vs P60.
Number of Threads	Specify the number of threads for the process to use.
Discrepancy Only	Specify whether to generate warning messages for employees with no discrepancies. If you select Yes, the process generates a warning message for each employee with no discrepancy in the Messages tab of the process results. If you select No, them no messages are generated.

Submit your changes.
On the flow checklist, select the report task to review the outputs, messages, and process details.
