About this Playbook

Use this playbook to understand about the DSN-VAL, which is a collection of regulatory controls performed on the various DSN files such as Event DSN, Monthly DSN and others.

Most of these controls are delivered but some of them should be performed as far as possible at the time the data is entered in HR. You need to configure the validation (formatting) of the contract number for the hiring and employment contracts.

Note: The rule can be added on all the flows that imply entering a contract number such as:

• Hire an employee
• Add a pending worker
• Add a contingent worker
• Add a nonworker
• Edit pending workers
• Add assignment
• Create work relationship
• Employment contracts
• Local and global transfer
• Promote and change position
