A legal authority is a government or legal body that's charged with such powers as making laws or levying and collecting taxes.
Here's how you can define legal authorities:

Click Create.

Enter the details as provided:
Field Description Legal Authority Example: Employee Provident Fund Organization Tax Authority Type Select from one of the following types:

Collecting
-
Reporting
-
Collecting and Reporting.
The Employee Provident Fund Organization is of type Collecting and Reporting.

Save the legal authorities details.
- To add legislative categories to a legal authority:

Click Create in Legislative Category.

Select the Legislative Category from the list, such as Provident Fund for the Employee Provident Fund Organization.

Save the legislative category.
Note:You can add more than one legislative category to a legal authority.
