Set Up Data Security for SCM

By default, all functional indexes have data security embedded in them either through program filters or access control lists (ACLs). This ensures that any sensitive data is only available to the appropriate user.

When you perform a search, Oracle Search automatically filters and displays only results that users are authorized to access - such as work orders, sales orders, catalog items within their business units, or data allowed by their job roles and privileges. There's no need to perform any additional steps to implement data security for Oracle Search Cloud Service.
