Personalize Team Activity Center

Use Oracle Visual Builder Studio to personalize Team Activity Center and its hierarchy pages.

On the Team Activity Center page, go to Settings and Actions, and select Edit Page in Visual Builder Studio.

You can use business rules and page properties to configure page sections, fields, and guided assistance to create a tailored experience for managers.

Business Rules

Configure business rules to:

  • Show or hide page sections.

  • Show or hide fields and field values.

Personalize Hierarchy Pages

You can personalize both the Organization Hierarchy and Position Hierarchy pages using business rules. For example, you can:

  • Show or hide fields.

  • Show or hide field values.

  • Configure the information displayed on worker and position cards to meet your organization's requirements. For example, you can configure additional worker details, such as:

    • Worker Type

    • Manager Type

    • Legal Entity

    • User Person Type

Changes made through Visual Builder Studio apply to users based on the configured business rules. Create new business rules to personalize the pages. Default business rules can't be modified.

Page Properties

Use Page Properties in VB Express mode to show or hide:

  • Analytics cards

  • "Needs Attention" badges

  • Quick actions section

  • Communication banner

  • Guided journeys

  • Team Actions button and its two menu options – Assign Performance Goals and Assign Development Goals.

The default page view is Workers. You can change this by using this page property in Visual Builder Studio: Select the display and order of view options in the search. Changes to the default view aren't visible in the Visual Builder Studio preview. Publish the changes and reopen the page to view the updated view.

Configure Guided Journeys

Team Activity Center supports guided journeys to provide contextual guidance and help managers complete tasks directly from the page.

Guided Journeys are available at both the page level and the individual section level, letting you provide targeted guidance where it's needed. The Guided Journeys experience also includes the Communication banner.

To configure Guided Journeys:

  1. Enable the required Guided Journey profile options at the site level.
