Secure Access to Payroll Relationships of Employees with Multiple Assignments

Use assignment-level security to control what users can see for employees with multiple assignments.

Assignment-level security enabled for these pages: Adjust Individual Balances Balance by Date Calculation Entries Event Action Notifications Event Notifications Payslips Person Results QuickPay Payments Simplified QuickPay Third-Party Person Payment Methods View Process Information Groups	Only those assignments that meet the criteria defined in the user's person security profile are shown.	The user can see: Entries for the selected assignment Entries for the selected assignment’s payroll relationship Entries for all assignments within that payroll relationship, even if those assignments don’t meet the criteria defined in the user's person security profile	The user can access assignments in the Sales department. An employee has assignments in Sales and Marketing. Search shows only the Sales assignment. On the detail page, the user can see both Sales and Marketing assignments, along with payroll relationship details.
Assignment-level security enabled for other pages such as Element Entries, Payroll Relationship, and so on	Only those assignments that meet the criteria defined in the user's person security profile are shown.
