Add and View Collection Tasks in Guided Journeys

Create add and view collection tasks in the guided journey.

1. Go to My Client Groups > Journeys Setup > Guided Journey.
2. Select the guided journey name to add the collection task.
3. Select Add in the Tasks section.
4. Complete the relevant fields.
5. Select the Collection task type.
6. Select Add task to collection for the collection type.
7. Select Save.
8. Repeat steps 3 through 7 for the View collection task collection type.

Add tasks to the collection task you created.

1. Select Preview for the guided journey.
2. Select Add in the banner for the Add collection task.
3. Complete the relevant fields based on the task type you select.
4. Select Add.

View the tasks that you added to the collection.

1. Select View in the banner for the View collection task.
2. Review the tasks, make edits, and save if needed.

Use the Additional context option to prepopulate task attributes, such as task name, description, notes, dates, and task type for the tasks you want to add to the collection.

1. Select Additional context.
2. Select Add.
3. Enter the key, for example, TaskName.
4. Enter the value for the task name.
5. Select the Save icon.
6. Repeat steps 2 through 5 for other task attributes.
7. Select Apply.

   When you add a task to the collection, the task attributes are prepopulated.
