Configure AI Agent as Task Type

You can configure an AI agent in journey tasks as a task type.

Here’s how the configuration works:

The task itself is an agent task. When the user starts the task, the selected agent is initiated.

To configure agent as task type, follow these steps:

1. Go to My Client Groups > Journeys Setup > Journey Templates.
2. Search and select the journey template.
3. Edit the task for the configuration.
4. Select Agent as the task type.
5. Select the workflow for workflow agent.
   Note:

   • The workflow agent list displays workflow agents and supervisor agents when the task type is Agent.
   • Optionally, you can rename the action label for the Initiate agent action on the Advanced tab.
6. Enter values for the mandatory fields.
7. Select Save.
