Configure Document Type Tag for Journey Task Attachments

You can select a document type tag when you configure journey tasks with attachments that need to be transferred to document records.

  1. Go to My Client Groups > Journeys Setup > Journey Templates.
  2. Search and click the journey template name.
  3. In the Tasks section, click the Edit icon for the task to select the document type tag.
  4. Select the task and document type.
  5. Select the applied tags to attach to the document.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Assign the journey.

Results:

When the journey is assigned and the user uploads an attachment to the task, the tags are attached to document record of the user.
