Configure to Open Journey Report Task in a New Tab

Users can open reports in a new browser tab when they access a Report journey task.

For this, ensure that the option Open report on same tab as task is disabled in the task configuration. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Go to My Client Groups > Journeys Setup > Journey Templates.
2. Search and click the journey template name.
3. In the Tasks section, click the Edit icon for the report task to disable the option.
4. Ensure that the option Open report on same tab as task isn’t enabled.
5. Click Save.
