Enable Security for Tasks in Journey Task Library

1. Go to My Client Groups > Journeys Setup > Task Library.
2. Select Actions > Security for the task to configure.
3. Select Yes for Enable Data Security.
4. Select Add.
5. Enter and select the role for configuring security.
   Note: You need to add at least 1 role to save the security configuration.
6. Select the value for Configure and View task action based on whether you want to allow access.
   Note:

   • You can use the Configure access to control who can access the task library UI and modify the task. The View access controls who can add the task to a journey template, task library, or an assigned journey.
   • If you select No for View access, ensure that the No value is also selected in the Let All Roles View drop-down list because it takes precedence.
7. Select Save two times.
