On-Call Entries on Time Cards Options
You can automatically default on-call entries on enhanced time cards for worker assignments with on-call shifts assigned. To identify the payroll element to apply to these entries, go to
.You can also specify a time category to use to identify the on-call payroll time types. These time types are excluded from schedule deviation calculations and included in on-call schedule deviations. The calculation results show in the Time Totals drawer of the enhanced time card. Here’s how total hours and schedule deviation results are calculated:
Total Hours = All Hours - On-Call Time Category from Worker Time Processing Profile
Schedule Deviation = Total Hours (All Hours - On-Call Time Category from Worker Time Processing Profile) + Equivalent Hours for Day Entries - Scheduled Hourse
