How do I configure the summarized task list journey layout option for assigned journeys?
Follow these steps:
- On the home page, click the My Client Groups tab.
- Click Show More under Quick Actions.
- Click the Journey Templates quick action in the Journeys Setup area.
- Click the journey name where you want to configure the summarized task list layout option.
- Under the Overview tab, Journey layout options section, click the Edit Journey layout options icon.
- Select the Summarized task list option, and click Save.
After you configure the Summarized task list option, and a journey based on this template is assigned to an employee, the employee will view the tasks in a summarized layout, instead of the task list layout.
