HCM Professional Activity Center makes all of a HR user's quick actions available in one place, whereas Employment Info provides only employment-related quick actions.

Person Activity Center is a replacement for Person Spotlight. In HCM Professional Activity Center, selecting an employee from the search results opens that employee’s Person Activity Center, where HR users can view the employee's information through various quick actions that are available in the Redwood experience.
