Workforce Scheduling - Workload Consolidation Real Time

Description

Provides real time information on the consolidated workload in order to determine the requirements for the scheduling system. This reporting will allow the Schedule Administrators and Schedule Managers to see the baseline only data and the calculated Plan information stored in the Workloads table.

Business Questions

This subject area can answer the following business questions:

• Is my workload consolidated for the time period in question?

• What are the values of Baseline and Current so I can see how my time ranges and UOM translates in to schedule coverage?

• What is the Baseline value provided for this time period so I can see my budget?

• What is the Current value for my scheduling period so I can see adjusted or actual workload?
