2Download the HCM Personalization Helper tool

Follow these steps to download the tool:

  1. Create a working directory where you want the tool to run. For example:
    • Windows–C:\Users\John Doee\hcm_redwood_helper
    • Mac or Linux–/home/johndoee/hcm_redwood_helper
  2. Go to Oracle Cloud CoE Central to download the HCM Redwood Personalization Helper tool corresponding to your release and platform and move it to the working directory you created.
