How do I manage multiple worksheets for different types of compensation plans?

Introduction, title, and music.

I’m signed in as a line manager. I allocated compensation for my primary workforce compensation plans and submitted them for my manager’s approval.

Start on Home page.

Click My Team.

Click Workforce Compensation.

Now, I need to review allocations for people who reported to me during the plan cycle and maybe make suggestions to their current manager.

Click the 1 of 21 link.

I’ll look at the people in my secondary managed plans.

In the Secondary Managed Plans section, click the Annual Compensation Plan 2023 link.

For secondary managed plans, I don’t have access to the same tasks I do for my primary plans. For example, I can’t access the Communication task because that’s for the primary manager. I also can’t see reports or use models. These people reported to me during a project this year and I’m reviewing their compensation to see if I agree.

Click Reward.

Jack was an exceptional worker on the project, so I want him to get a merit increase. I’m fine with the allocations given to Chad and Lei, so I can save and close this worksheet. In the Fisher, Jack row, Merit Amount field, enter 2000.

Press TAB.

Click Save.

Click Back.

I also have someone who used to report to me, who transferred to another team. His new manager reassigned him to me so I can review his allocations.

Under Other Plans for Review, click the Simple Merit and Bonus 2023 link.

As with secondary plans, I don’t have access to the Communication, Models, or Reports tasks.

Click Reward.

Based on what I’m seeing here, I think Patricia’s correctly compensated.
