Managing your goals: Employee view

Title and music.

Start on the Home page.

You can access your goals in the Goal Center.

Click Career and Performance.

Click Goals Center.

Performance and development goals are now available in the same place. Performance goals are organized by review period.

Highlight Performance and Development tabs.

Highlight Review Period field.

You can quickly view details for the current goal plan.

Click View Plan Details.

Click the Close icon.

You can view your goals, goal descriptions, current goal status, who assigned the goals, and other attributes that have been enabled.

Highlight the assigned goals.

Highlight the goal description.

Highlight the weight and measure.

Highlight the goal statuses.

Click the goal name to view and update the goal details.

Click the Bring Customer Satisfaction Levels to 90% link.

You can update your progress and add any notes, tasks, or target outcomes as needed.

Change Goal Completion to 75%.

In the Progress Note field, enter My training is continuing and my approval numbers continue to climb.

Click Update.

You can also add goals. When adding performance or development goals, you can review the goals available on the Explore tab.

Click Explore.

You can view goals shared with you, goals published by your organization owner, and library goals.

Highlight the Search field.

Highlight the filters.

Click the Shared filter.

Click to close the Shared filter.

Highlight the Review Period button.

Click the Go Back icon.

To add your own goal, click Add.

Click Add.

The Suggested goals panel displays goals from various sources, including some of the same goals that appeared on the Explore tab, shared and organizational goals, and AI-suggested goals from previous performance evaluations. You can add a suggested goal or create a brand-new goal.

Highlight the Suggested goals panel.

Highlight the Add as my goal icon.

If enabled, you can also use AI assistance to generate a goal. After you enter a goal title and TAB out of the title field, the AI Assist button becomes enabled.

In the Goal Name field, enter Enhance team collaboration.

Press TAB.

Click AI Assist.

The AI might suggest enhancements to the goal name, as well as populate the goal description and success criteria. You can make any changes as needed. You can then add any additional information, including goal weight, tasks, and target outcomes.

Scroll down and highlight Goal Weight field.

In the Goal Weight field, enter 20.

In the Target Outcomes section, click the Add drop-down list.

Click to close the Add drop-down list.

When you’re finished, click Add.

Click Add.

There are many actions you can take on your goals, including sharing and requesting feedback.

In the Complete Business Ethics Course row, click the Actions icon.

Highlight the list of actions.

You can also review your development goals.

Click the Development tab.

You can view your development goals, goal descriptions, and the current goal status.

Like the performance goals, you can click a goal title for more details, take actions on goals, and add suggested or new goals using AI assistance.

In the Conduct HCM research goal row, click the Actions icon.

Click to close the Actions menu.

Highlight the Add button.
