Generate Form 16

Use the flow Run India Simplified Digitally Signed Form 16 to generate the digitally signed form 16 document.

This flow includes the following tasks:

• Run Form12BB
• Run Form 12BA
• Run India Form 16 Part A and Part B Upload
• Manual Form 16 Part A and Part B preparation (Perform this task manually and set to Complete)
• Run India Form 16 Report which generates a consolidated document that includes Form 12BB, Form 12BA, Form A and Form B

Here's how you can generate the digitally signed Form 16:

Navigation: My Client Groups > Payroll > Submit a Flow

1. Select the legislative data group and then select the flow Run India Simplified Digitally Signed Form 16

   Parameter	Description
   Payroll Flow	Enter the name of the report
   Schedule	Select a schedule
   	Required Parameters
   Tax Reporting Unit	Select the tax reporting unit
   Financial Year	Select the financial year
   	Optional Parameters
   Payroll Relationship Group	Select the payroll relationship group from the list
   Digital signature	Select Yes or No to generate the Form 16 with the digital signature
   Upload Digital Signature File	Select and upload the digital signature file
   Digital Signature Passcode	Enter the digital signature file pass code
   Publish Date	Enter the publish date
   Process Configuration Group	Select a process configuration group from the list.
   Payroll	Select the required payroll

2. Submit the details to generate the Form 16 document for your employees.

To view the consolidated Form 16 from the employee self service, navigate to Me > Pay > Year End Documents
