Generate Payroll Diagnostic Report

Use the Payroll Diagnostic Report to quickly diagnose the issues in investment declaration, proof submission, proof verification and approval, involuntary deductions such as Provident Fund, Professional Tax, Employee State Insurance, and more.

You can run the Payroll Diagnostic report on any one of the entities such as person details, element details, person element entries, tax reporting unit details, person run results, person statutory deduction details, person social insurance details, and many more entities and diagnose any issues.

Navigation: My Client Groups > Payroll > Submit a Flow

1. Select the legislative data group and then select the flow .Run India Payroll Diagnostics Report

   Parameter	Description
   Payroll Flow	Enter the name of the report to be generated
   Schedule	Select a schedule
   	Required Parameters
   Entity	Select the required entity from the list
   	Optional Parameters
   Financial Year	Select the financial year to generate the report
   Person Number	Select the person number
   Payroll Relationship Group	Select the payroll relationship group from the list
   Element Name	Select the element name
   Process Configuration Group	Select a process configuration group from the list.

2. Select Submit.

Results:

The report is generated in a compressed format for the selected entity and financial year. The compressed file includes individual .html files for each person ID in the selected payroll relationship group.
