Overview of Reconstituted Salary
Reconstituted salary (FR: Salaire Reconstitué) is the salary an employee would have received e.g. if he or she had not been absent for sickness or had been hired at the beginning of the month.
Please note these are examples of when the salary is reconstituted and is not an exhaustive list of when the salary needs to be reconstituted.
The reconstituted salary needs to be reported on the monthly DSN.
There is extra configuration required so that the reconstituted salary balance is correctly fed. This extra configuration depends on whether the element is prorated or not (Question: “Is this element subject to pro-ration” on the Element Template)
