Enable Auditing for Descriptive Flexfields
You can enable auditing for your descriptive flexfield to keep a track of all the changes made on various objects and attributes in the application.
- 
                In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to the Manage Audit Policies task.

                Go to the Oracle Fusion Applications section and click Configure Business Object Attributes. 
- 
                Click Product and select the product area for which you want to enable audit. The business objects associated with that product appear in the Objects section. 
- 
                Click the check boxes next to the listed business objects to select them. If the selected object has attributes, they appear in the Audited Attributes area. 
- 
                Click the Add icon to add attributes from the Select and Add Audit Attributes page. 
- 
                On the Select and Add Audit Attributes page, click the Flexfields (Additional Attributes) check box to add the flexfields attribute. 
- 
                Click OK. 
- 
                Click Save and Close. You return to the Manage Audit Policies page. 
- 
                In the Oracle Fusion Applications section, select Auditing from the Audit Level drop-down. This setting enables auditing for descriptive flexfields. 
- 
                Click Save and Close.
