Configure Digital Assistants for HCM and Recruiting
You need to configure the FADigital Assistant and Candidate Experience V2 Digital Assistant. Both these are collectively referred to as Oracle Digital Assistant in this guide.
Before you can set up your users to access Oracle Digital Assistant and configure it, you need:
- An Oracle Cloud HCM instance
- An Oracle Digital Assistant instance that has been provisioned as part of your
Oracle Cloud HCM account: Note: The pairing of Oracle Digital Assistant with Oracle Cloud HCM ensures that the HCM and Recruiting skills are available in the Digital Assistant's skill store. This also ensures that authentication between Oracle Cloud HCM and Oracle Digital Assistant is handled correctly. Work with Oracle support if you're unsure about your setup.
- Administrative access to Oracle Cloud HCM:
As a primary administrator, you can sign in to Oracle Identity Cloud Service and receive IDCS notifications for your organization.
For configuration information on setting up the FADigital Assistant and Candidate Experience V2 Digital Assistant, see the Getting Started with Oracle Digital Assistant for Fusion Applications guide.
After you configure these, see the rest of the configuration sections in this guide for setting up the HCM, Internal Candidate Experience, Candidate Experience and Hiring skills.
