External Candidate - Subscribe to Talent Pool

Candidates can add themselves to the talent pool and get regular updates based on their job preferences.

While searching for jobs, if they don’t find jobs that match their interests, they're prompted to join the talent pool to get notified about jobs of their interest. They can click the Join Now button which takes them to the Interests page, where they can specify their job preferences and enable notifications.

They can also join the talent pool any time before or after the job search process.
