Unless disabled, Oracle Fusion Cloud maintains an automatic sync between a worker's Tax Jurisdictions card and their Tax Withholding card. This updates local jurisdictions with any changes to address data.

You can disable this sync by setting the Calculation Card Jurisdiction Sync calculation value definition to N.
