How can I configure document delivery preferences for US year-end reporting?

When you run the year-end report processes in Final mode, they automatically generate these PDF forms and publish them to the Document Records.

For employees that have elected for print versions, the tasks create separate PDF files containing these workers' forms. You can print and distribute these files as needed.

Before you attempt to generate your year-end forms, make sure you've set your employees' document delivery methods and other delivery-related preferences. You set these preferences using the Document Types task.

  1. Access the document types, such as:

    • Set your default print options.

    • Set the document delivery overrides.

    • Restrict access to documents and attachments.

  2. Set the print elections for individuals and groups.
