Fix issues with incorrect time cards, validations, or calculated time by deleting the
person's direct profile assignments.

Go to , Worker Time Processing Profile, or
Worker Time Device Processing Profile.

Click Troubleshoot.

On the troubleshoot profile page, search for and select a person.

Select the profile you want to delete. The assignment type should be
Override.

Click Delete Override.
If multiple direct assignments remain, then the profile with the lowest priority
number applies. For example, you directly assign profiles A and B to the person
and profile A has a higher priority than B. The person's job responsibility
changes and profile A no longer applies to them, so you delete the profile A
override. Profile B now automatically applies for the person. If there are no
other direct assignments, then the group profile with the lowest priority number
takes priority.
